Shipping and Return Policy

All orders are packaged with love and shipped from my home studio which is located in Milton, Ontario.
Shipping rates are based in real time and are calculated at checkout.
 

Shipping

Canada Time Frame:
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days from the date that the purchase was made. 

Based on the shipping time frame mentioned on Canada Post's website: 

- Expedited/Standard shipping: 2-7 business days
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Exchanges:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your unworn purchase if returned by mail within 14 days of your original receipt, and original packaging.

• Returning shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please contact us to request an exchange and state the issue. In the event of a special offer, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.

• Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are a final sale. All custom orders and sale items are final sales.

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewelry please contact us immediately upon receiving it and we will happily replace the item for you.

Due to the fact that all items are made to order, we do not offer any returns or refunds. We do our best to ensure that the goods you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away.
